Enquiries and reference pictures

The form asks for your name, email, telephone number, project details and optional pictures so ATI can respond and prepare a quote. Only share pictures you are authorised to provide. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information. Selected pictures may contain location or camera metadata.

Email and WhatsApp options open your own app or the device share menu. You must finish sending there, and the selected provider handles the message under its own policies. When direct website delivery is available, the form sends the details and attachments through a protected connection to ATI’s configured mail service. A mail acceptance message does not guarantee inbox delivery.

Storage and administration

The website uses hosted infrastructure and file storage provided through Sites and Cloudflare. Public gallery images are resized for display. Admin-uploaded originals are accessible only to the authorised owner; drafts and trashed images are hidden from public access. Trashed files remain available for owner recovery until removed through an authorised maintenance process. Owner sign-in is provided through ChatGPT/OpenAI.

Enquiry message bodies are not saved in the website database. Direct-delivery references and status records are retained for up to 30 days before the next cleanup run. Messages delivered to email or WhatsApp remain in those services until ATI removes them in accordance with the business purpose and any applicable recordkeeping needs. Contact ATI to request access, correction or deletion.

Optional activity measurement

Measurement is off unless you allow it in Privacy preferences. We count page views and contact actions without recording form text, photographs, advertising identifiers or individual browsing profiles. Your preference is stored on your device. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track disable optional measurement. Aggregate counts are retained for 90 days before the next cleanup run.

Security limits use a temporary hashed network address and time window to limit abuse. These are not used for advertising. Hosting providers may maintain their own operational/security logs. Automatic error reports use generic event names, not enquiry contents.

Your choices

You can use the site with optional measurement disabled, withdraw that choice at any time, or contact ATI directly instead of using the form. Request correction or removal of an identifiable portfolio photograph by contacting ATI and identifying the image. External links and social/email platforms have their own policies.
